Detail Engineering : INT-004 - Lack of standardization across EPC contracts

1.1 - During deliverable development, is there a tool to ascertain information on interface points from other EPCI parties?

1.2 - Is there a record for Providing final data for deliverable development?

1.3 - There are established mechanisms to verify that the provided information is incorporated into the delivery deliverables. Assess the effectiveness of these mechanisms on a scale of 0 to 10.

1.4 - Are there mechanisms to register change and revision on previously provided data?

1.5 - Is there a directory for each key interface point where information acquired from other EPCI parties is recorded for reference

Project Planning : INT-001 - CSU SCHEDULE DELAYS

2.1 - Is there a system-based plan entailing all commissioning activities with the visualisation of a sky chart allowing the establishment of the critical path?

2.2 - Are the detail commissioning activities also included in the project timeline P6 schedule plan?

2.3 - Are all the detail commissioning activities in P6 linked to the relevant discipline line items such as engineering deliverable issuance,equipment delivery etc.

2.4 - Are there scheduled coordination meetings to ensure that there is no out-of-sequence work performed?

2.5 - Are there tools for the visualisation of look ahead activities on the construction progress to provide the opportunity for stakeholders to mitigate any potential delays?
