Detail Engineering :General - Vendors implementation in the Instructions on COMPANYs Requirements regarding submission of Documentation Process?

1.1 - Evaluate vendor's adherence to the documentation process outlined in 2200-010-JA-7880-00003 CRUX Vendor Data and Document Requirements, with a rating of 10 representing the highest level of adherence.

1.2 - Assess the primary reasons for vendor's failure to comply with the process and rate associated risks on a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 denotes the most severe risks and 10 signifies the minimal severity.

1.3 - Identify necessary steps or improvements for vendors to achieve compliance with the process and mitigate associated risks, rating the effectiveness of each improvement on a scale of 0 to 10, where 10 indicates the highest effectiveness.

1.4 - Assess types of documents that do not adhere to the review process and evaluate associated risks for each document type, where 10 signifies full compliance with the review process

Detail Engineering : Terms and Conditions for accepting vendors submission which do not comply.

2.1 - Provide solutions for vendors to comply with the terms and assess associated risks, rating the effectiveness of each solution form 0 to 10, where 10 indicates highest effectiveness.

2.2 - Specify the types of non-compliance and assess their importance on a scale of 0 to 10, where 10 indicates full compliance.

2.3 - Identify reasons why vendors may not able to comply with vendor specification requirements, and assess associated risks on a scale from 0 to 10, where 10 indicates full compliance.

Detail Engineering : Actual submission of tag register in the Vendor Package.

3.1 - Assess the degree of compliance with the Tag & Equipment Register among vendors, rating the severity of any non-compliance on a scale of 0 to 10. A score of 10 indicates full adherence to Tag & Equipment Register requirements.

3.2 - Identify prevalent tag issues reported from vendors and rate their severity on a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 signifies the most severe issues and 10 denotes the least severe.

Project Execution : Construction delays/ rework

3.1 - Assess whether there is a procedure established for communicating and recording field changes, and rate the severity of any gaps on a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 indicates the most severe gaps and 10 denotes the minimal severity.

3.2 - Determine if there is a designated tool for updating and registering field changes related to key interface points with other disciplines, and assess the comprehensiveness of the register on a scale of 0 to 10, where 10 indicates the highest level of comprehensiveness
